ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 3-business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3-business days to let you know your order is on the way!

SHIPPING

During checkout, shipping options will be displayed after you enter your address and choose your preferred ship option. After checking out you will receive an email with confirmation of payment. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.


FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 3-business days using your preferred method of shipping provided at checkout (USPS, UPS or DHL). In some instances, flat rate shipping fee of $5.50 applies to orders shipping to the United States.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship internationally to select zones to ensure reliable delivery.
You can check availability instantly by entering your address at checkout. If shipping is supported for your location, the options will appear automatically.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, or you have an issue with your order, please email us as soon as possible at support@mobstararts.com with your order number and any evidence (if any) of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
